Building service design and innovation capacity in Thailand

M4ID is in Bangkok, Thailand this week to deliver a service design program to 70 professors from faculties of agriculture, science, technology, marketing, health and business of Thailand’s major universities.

The effort is a part of an initiative, Thailand 4.0 by the Thai government to build capacity in service design and innovation, supporting entrepreneurship and service business development in the country. The professors go through a 4-day program learning about creative problem solving methodologies and moving through the service design process from field research to service ideation to prototyping. The program is organised by Suranaree University of Technology in collaboration with Finnish Health Start up accelerator Vertical and M4ID.
