Gathering insights on Quality of Care in India
As part of one of our service design projects in maternal health, our team has just returned from a design research field visit to Delhi and Jharkhand exploring womens’ knowledge, perception and expectations towards quality of care at time of birth. The team visited several health facilties and communities in Jharkhand where it conducted in depth interviews and design workshops. The insights are being analysed during the next weeks and will inform the design of a new service with regards to different types of users and their needs, opportunities and barriers for service usage, touchpoints and channels as well as content. The field visit was supported and facilitated by our partner, the Centre for Catalyzing Change.
